To pay an Astound bill, sign in to MyAstound at my.astound.com or the Astound Mobile app, or call the automated line at 1-800-427-8686. To get a past statement, open the Account Summary page in MyAstound and click View Previous Statements. Astound keeps up to 12 months of statements online as PDFs.
Ways to pay an Astound bill
- MyAstound or the app: one-time card or checking payments carry a convenience fee.
- Automated phone system: 1-800-427-8686 for Astound markets, 833-373-9378 for Digital West, and 325-646-9493 for the Harris areas of Brownwood and Early, Texas. A convenience fee applies.
- Mail: send the stub with a check or money order and allow 10 days.
- Payment centers: cash, checks, money orders and credit cards, but only for services in that center's site.
- Western Union or HEB Business Center (Texas only), with your statement and a convenience fee.
- Your bank's bill pay: use the full 13-digit account number and check the payee address against the one on your bill.
Astound accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, plus direct debit from a checking account.
AutoPay avoids the convenience fee
Set AutoPay up in MyAstound or the app. The payment is deducted on the due date, and Astound does not charge the convenience fee on it. The monthly statement still appears in MyAstound, and it remains your record of what was billed.
Downloading previous statements
- Log in to MyAstound.
- On the Account Summary page, click View Previous Statements under the current statement.
- Each statement opens as a PDF in your browser. Save a copy to your computer.
Astound keeps 12 months online and recommends saving copies, since older statements roll off.
Former WOW! customers on Astound billing
Astound runs a page for WOW! customers moved to its billing system. They receive a new 13-digit account number on the new bill and must update any saved electronic payments to match. Registration for the self-care account uses the account name, the account number and the security password.
Astound statements past the 12-month mark
A statement that falls out of the 12-month window is hard to get back. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to MyAstound and save each new statement as it is issued. The archive then grows instead of rolling off. The PDFs are ready for expense reports and tax receipts.
