How to pay and download a Ziply Fiber bill

Pay a Ziply Fiber bill under the Billing tab of My Account or the Ziply Fiber app with MAKE A PAYMENT. For an older bill, open Billing, select PAST BILLS and use VIEW PDF to download it. Autopay paid by debit card or ACH earns a $10 monthly discount.
Ways to pay
- My Account or the app: Billing tab, then MAKE A PAYMENT. Debit card and ACH are free. A credit card carries a transaction fee of up to 3%.
- One-time payment link: after you contact Ziply, it may text a link to the primary account user that works without logging in. A new link cancels the old one.
- Phone: 1.866.947.5955 with your 17-digit account number. Checking, debit and major credit cards except American Express are taken, and a service fee applies.
- Mail: Ziply Fiber, P.O. Box 740416, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0416. Checks and money orders post after 5:30 p.m. on the day they arrive.
- In person: Ziply uses payment kiosks rather than its own counters.
Autopay setup and the discount
- From the Home or Billing tab, or in the app, click Set up autopay.
- Click New Payment Method.
- Choose how many days before the due date the payment should run.
- Click Continue, enter the payment details, and click Continue again.
Debit or ACH autopay earns $10 a month off; a credit card earns $5. You can change the timing later under Manage autopay, then Edit. Advertised prices for new customers assume autopay and paperless billing together. Paying once does not enroll you in either. Autopay settles the bill, but the monthly bill PDF is still the record that itemizes it.
Downloading a past bill
- Open the Billing section in My Account or the app. The current bill loads first.
- Select PAST BILLS.
- Choose VIEW PDF to download, then print from your PDF viewer if needed.
In the app, Billing also shows payment history, autopay and the paperless switch.
Ziply PDFs collected each month
The PAST BILLS list is only useful if someone opens it. Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to your Ziply Fiber account each month and save the new PDF. The year is then complete for tax receipts or a home office expense report.
