How to pay and download a Sparklight bill

To pay a Sparklight bill without logging in, use Quick Pay with only your account number and ZIP code. To download a statement, open the MySparklight app, tap Billing, then Billing Statements, pick one and save the PDF. Signed in at customer.sparklight.com, the current statement is on the Payment Options screen.
Ways to pay
- Quick Pay: a one-time payment with the account number and ZIP code.
- Online account: one-time payments by Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- Phone: 877-692-2253, automated or with an agent. Paying through a live representative costs $10.
- Mail: a check or money order to Sparklight, PO Box 78026, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8026, with your account number on the check and the tear-off from the first page.
- Third-party locations: MoneyGram, Western Union and CheckFreePay, with fees set by each location.
Credit card payments through Auto Pay, Quick Pay, online or the automated phone line carry a 3% surcharge. Debit cards and checking or savings accounts avoid it.
How fast payments post
Online and automated phone payments post within a minute, as do agent payments. Auto Pay takes at least two hours, third-party locations two business days, and mail three to five business days.
Turning Auto Pay on
An online payment does not enroll you. Turn Auto Pay on in your account profile, or in the app tap Billing, then Manage on the Auto Pay card, choose a payment method and confirm. The same card lets you switch methods later. Sparklight describes Auto Pay as free, apart from the credit card surcharge. Statements keep arriving by mail or electronically, whichever you chose, and each one is still worth saving.
Statements and payment history in the app
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Billing Statements and select a statement to download it as a PDF.
- For payments, tap Payment History instead. It lists dates, amounts, methods and status.
Sparklight's site footer shows Cable One, Inc., its parent company.
Sparklight statements filed for the year
The app keeps statements, but downloading one per month is easy to forget. Bill fetching signs in to your Sparklight account with our AI agent and saves each statement as it posts. If yours come by email, email receipt capture does the same from your inbox, ready for tax time.
