How to get a US Mobile invoice

US Mobile invoices are in your account dashboard. Select Orders in the left sidebar to open Order History, choose an order and click Download as PDF. Each line's Billing section also has View Invoice, and US Mobile emails an invoice listing all charges even when AutoPay pays it.
Downloading invoices from Order History
- Sign in to the US Mobile dashboard.
- Select Orders in the left sidebar.
- Open the order you need.
- Select Download as PDF to save or print it.
US Mobile says your entire order history stays visible in the account, and any order's invoice can be downloaded or printed.
How AutoPay renews a line
AutoPay is switched on or off for each line under My Lines, then Billing. It charges the saved method two days before the cycle ends, and the plan renews when the cycle closes. A plan ending on the 30th, for example, is charged on the 28th. Some discounts, such as the family plan, service credits and recurring promo codes, only apply while AutoPay is on.
Paying by hand with PAY MY BILL
A manual payment through PAY MY BILL starts the plan right away. Cards are added on the website under Settings, then Billing, or in the app under Account, then Wallet. To choose which card a line uses, open that line's Billing section and pick it under Payment Method.
If an AutoPay charge fails
When the bank declines an AutoPay charge, AutoPay switches off and US Mobile emails you. You have about two days to fix it: sign in, select the line, tap PAY MY BILL, choose a plan and payment method, and select Pay my bill. To keep a plan for the next cycle, leave AutoPay on and select Save this plan.
Cancelling a scheduled payment
If the new cycle has not started, Cancel Plan under View Invoice cancels the scheduled payment and refunds it to your card within two to three business days. Shareable Data Plan payments and top-up orders can't be cancelled this way.
US Mobile invoices captured from email
Because US Mobile emails an invoice every cycle, the inbox already holds the record. Email receipt capture picks those invoices up and files them, and bill fetching can sign in to the dashboard for the PDF copies. Both feed a work phone's expense report.
