How to download a Ting bill

For Ting Mobile, sign in at tingmobile.com and click Billing History in the sidebar; open a month and use Download PDF. For Ting Internet, sign in at ting.com, click Billing in the left menu, and select Email me a copy next to a bill to get its PDF by email. The two services have separate accounts and separate bills.
Ting Mobile: Billing History
- Sign in to your Ting account at tingmobile.com.
- Click Billing History in the sidebar. The last six months show by default.
- For older bills, use the dropdown next to "Six Months" and pick a year.
- Click a monthly bill link to open the detailed bill, then use Download PDF.
A line that was active for only part of a cycle is prorated on that bill.
Ting Internet: Billing and email copies
- Log in at ting.com/sign-in. The current balance is at the top of the Overview page.
- Click Billing on the left menu.
- Move between bills with the arrows or page numbers, or click the arrow in the Date column, enter a date and click Search.
- Click Email me a copy to the right of a bill. The PDF goes to the email on your Ting Internet account.
If the email doesn't arrive, check spam and filters for help@ting.com. Ting says your complete billing history stays available in the account. On the legacy site, hover over My account and choose Billing history instead.
How Ting Mobile charges you
Ting Mobile billing is automated. The cycle starts the day your first device activates, or when a ported number completes its transfer, and added devices share it. Charges appear two to five days after the cycle ends and are processed on your billing date, followed by an email confirmation. If a payment fails, Ting sends an email and a text to your primary number and retries for a few days.
Updating the payment method
Ting Internet customers change the payment method from inside the account. Since every Ting charge is automatic, the bill PDF is the document that shows what each charge covered; the card line alone won't.
Ting Mobile and Ting Internet bills in one place
Two logins and two billing screens make it easy to miss one. The confirmation and "email me a copy" messages can flow into email receipt capture, and bill fetching can sign in to each Ting account for the PDFs. Everything then sits together for tax season.
