A Total Wireless payment record is found in Transactions in My Account: tap the person icon in the header, open Transactions, pick dates with the calendar icon and tap Filter. The arrow on each entry reveals the payment method and discounts. Total Wireless charges plans in advance. These transaction details stand in for a monthly bill.
Signing up for Auto Pay
- Log in to My Account.
- Go to the Pay tab and select Sign up for Auto Pay.
- Fill out the required information.
Auto Pay charges your selected method on your payment date each month. To change the card, open Account & Payment, then Payment Methods, and select Add New Payment Method.
The $5 discount and the Wallet
All current phone plans qualify for the Auto Pay discount, except some legacy plans, with a limit of one $5 discount per account. Money in your Total Wireless Wallet is used first: if the Wallet covers the Auto Pay total, the card isn't charged at all, and if it covers part, only the remainder goes on the card. A Wallet-funded renewal still shows in Transactions, which is why that page, not the card statement, is the complete record.
Paying device financing with One-Click
Phones financed through Total Wireless Edge are loans with Glow Financial Services. One-Click pays the service plan and the Glow installment together once a payment method is on file for both. After payment you land on a transaction summary page with separate confirmations for the plan and the loan, and Glow emails its own confirmation. Keep both, since they come from two different companies.
What Transactions shows
- From the person icon in My Account, choose Transactions.
- Adjust the Start Date and End Date, then tap Filter.
- Expand an entry with its down arrow to see the method used and discounts applied.
Your billing ZIP code and addresses are under Account & Payment, in the Address Book tab.
Total Wireless and Glow records together
The plan confirmation and the Glow email arrive separately and are easy to lose. Route both to email receipt capture so each month's pair is filed together, then attach them to an expense report or keep them for tax time.
