How to pay and download a Spectrum Business bill

Sign in at SpectrumBusiness.net, open the Billing tab from Account Summary and select Make a Payment to pay. The same tab lists a statement for each line of service under Statements; print one from the Print option at the bottom of the statement. Only usernames with Admin permissions can see billing at all.
Billing needs an Admin username
Spectrum Business separates users by permission. Standard usernames don't have access to billing or payment information. If a bookkeeper can't see the Billing tab, the account owner needs to grant Admin permissions.
Ways to pay
- Online: a one-time payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, or from a checking or savings account.
- Phone: automated card payments, or a payment taken by a customer service representative.
- Mail: send the detachable portion of the statement with a check payable to Spectrum Business. Without a paper statement, find the mailing address under Billing, then View Statements.
- Online banking: through your bank or a third-party service, which may charge its own fee.
- Spectrum Store: pay in person at a store found with the locator.
Spectrum Business also supports ACH transfers, and some companies submit a vendor form so their accounts payable team can schedule automatic payments.
Auto Pay and its fees
Manage Auto Pay from the Billing tab. Spectrum Business says enrolling saves $10 a month, and cancelling Auto Pay raises the bill by that amount. If the Auto Pay card expires or a payment fails, a $5 fee is applied after a three-day window to update the method. The statement keeps being issued under Auto Pay, and it is the record your bookkeeper needs.
Finding statements
- Sign in at SpectrumBusiness.net.
- From Account Summary, select the Billing tab.
- Under Statements, open the statement for each line of service.
- Select Activity for past payments and transactions, or Payment Methods to update preferences.
- Print from the option at the bottom of the statement.
Spectrum Business bills into the books
A company with several service lines gets several statements a month. Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in with an Admin login and save each statement. The books then close with every Spectrum Business bill attached. The same files back up tax filings and any expense report that needs them.
