How to pay and download an AT&T Business bill

To get an AT&T Business bill, select View my bill and sign in with your AT&T ID. The bills for that ID appear; choose Download for a PDF or paper version, or View/Print for a PDF to print. AutoPay is turned on for each account from AT&T's AutoPay page and can take up to six weeks to start.
Two places AT&T Business bills live
Small business wireless, phone and internet accounts use the AT&T ID sign-in described above. Business internet services such as Dedicated Internet are handled in AT&T Business Center, whose billing tutorials cover View bill, Compare multiple bills, Pay your invoice, Check payment history and email invoice delivery. If you don't see the bill you expect, AT&T's first suggestion is to confirm you signed in with the right ID.
Downloading and printing a bill
- Have your AT&T ID and password ready.
- Select View my bill and sign in.
- Pick the bill from the list for that ID.
- Choose View/Print for a printable PDF, or Download for a PDF or paper version.
For AT&T Internet Air, AT&T points to the Account activity section instead.
Turning AutoPay on or off
- Go to the AutoPay page and sign in if asked.
- If you manage more than one account, choose the account.
- Turn AutoPay On and follow the prompts.
Stopping it is the same path with the toggle set to Off. A new enrollment can take up to six weeks to start, and a changed payment method up to five business days; until then, the old method is used. Bank accounts, debit cards and credit cards are accepted. AutoPay and paperless billing are separate settings, and AT&T keeps issuing the bill either way. That bill, not the bank debit, is the record for your books.
When AutoPay options are missing
If your role lacks billing permissions, or the account has billing rules that limit changes, AutoPay options may not appear. An account administrator has to adjust the role.
AT&T Business bills filed by account
Companies with several AT&T accounts end up with a stack of PDFs under different IDs. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to each one, download the month's bill and file it by account. Your accountant then has every AT&T Business bill for tax filings, and staff phone costs are ready for expense reports.
