How to pay and download a Verizon Business bill

Verizon Business splits billing in two. For wireless, go to Billing, then View bill details, then Recent bills in My Business Wireless, use the Download icon, and change the Statement Date for any of the last 13 months. For wireline and Fios, log in to My Business Wireline, click View Bill under Billing and Payments, and download up to 24 months of PDFs.
Wireless bills and archived statements
- Click the Billing tab at the top of My Business Wireless.
- Go to View bill details, then Recent bills, for the Quick Bill Summary.
- Select Breakdown of Total Charges for line-by-line charges.
- Use the Download icon to save the bill, or change the Statement Date for an older one.
Bills older than 13 months are archived. Verizon has a video on requesting archived bills going back seven years.
Wireline and Fios bills
In My Business Wireline, open View Bill under Billing and Payments. The Paper bill icon downloads the current bill as a PDF; the Get past bills icon downloads earlier ones, up to 24 months back.
Paying a Verizon Business bill
Wireless accounts accept the Verizon Business Mastercard, Verizon Business Dollars, ACH through Trustly or by entering the bank account, debit cards, and American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Payments can be split across accounts and methods, and a Verizon Gift Card works for a one-time payment even with Auto Pay. Wireline accounts can pay with a card or bank transfer after logging in, through the express pay page without logging in, or by mailed check.
Auto Pay and the discount
- In My Business Wireless, go to Billing, then Manage Payment, then Auto Pay.
- Select the account and click Enroll in Auto Pay.
- Click Add payment method, enter the card or bank details and accept the terms.
- Click Submit. A confirmation email follows.
The $5 per line monthly discount needs an eligible plan, such as My Biz Plan or Business Unlimited Start, Plus or Pro, plus paper-free billing and a bank account or Verizon Business Mastercard as the method. Debit cards enrolled before February 14, 2024 keep it. On wireline, Auto Pay is under Billing and Payments; it can take two bill cycles to start and can't be paused. Either way the bill is still issued, and it is the document to keep.
Verizon Business bills before they archive
Thirteen months goes fast on the wireless side. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to My Business Wireless and My Business Wireline, download each new bill and file it by account. Line charges are then ready for expense reports and the full bills for tax season.
