How to download a TekSavvy invoice

A TekSavvy invoice is in the MySavvy portal: sign in, open Billing in the left-side menu, choose the invoices and charge history option, and click the download icon for a PDF copy. Paying happens in the same portal with Make a Payment, or automatically once you choose a pre-authorized method.
TekSavvy bills a month ahead
TekSavvy is prepaid. Your invoice is dated five days before your activation date each month, unless you have asked to move it. With an activation on the 20th, for example, the invoice goes out on the 15th and covers the 20th through the 19th of the next month. Expect the invoice before the service period, not after it.
Invoices and charge history in MySavvy
- Sign in to MySavvy.
- Open Billing from the left-side menu.
- Select the invoices and charge history option.
- Use the toggle buttons to switch to your charge history.
- Click the download icon next to an invoice for its PDF.
Paying a TekSavvy invoice
In MySavvy, select Make a Payment, choose how you want to pay and click Submit. There are two choices:
- By credit card: enter the card in MySavvy.
- With your financial institution: pay through your bank, then use Report a Payment in MySavvy to tell TekSavvy it is on the way.
If you can't pay in full, MySavvy also offers Make a Payment Arrangement.
Switching to pre-authorized payments
- Log in to MySavvy.
- Click Billing, then Update Payment Method.
- Pick Pre-authorized Credit / Debit Card Payments, which charges the card each month, or Pre-authorized Debit (via GoCardless), which draws from your bank account.
- Click Save Settings.
Automatic payment only changes how the balance is settled. The monthly invoice still appears in MySavvy and is the document that shows the service and the GST or HST. Keep downloading it each month.
TekSavvy invoices without the monthly login
Because TekSavvy invoices arrive before each service month, a home office claim needs twelve of them. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to MySavvy, download each new invoice PDF and file it. They are ready for tax time, or for an expense report if your employer covers the connection.
