How to download an EBOX invoice

EBOX sends your invoice by email (or by mail, for eligible clients) on the 7th of each month. To download it, log in to the Customer Zone and open the Invoices section, where each invoice is available as a PDF. Payment is due by the last day of the month.
EBOX's prepaid cycle
EBOX is prepaid and uses one billing cycle for every customer, from the first to the last day of the month. The invoice issued on the 7th covers the following month. Paying by the last day of the month avoids interest and a possible suspension on the 1st. After a suspension you have six days to pay; without full payment before the 7th, service is disconnected, and reconnecting requires a $30 technician visit.
Paying by credit card in the Customer Zone
- Log in to the Customer Zone and find the Pay button above your balance.
- Click the link under Immediate payment by credit card.
- Enter the card and adjust the amount if needed.
Debit Mastercard cards are not accepted.
Paying through your bank
Add EBOX as a payee using the Account # printed at the top right of the invoice, usually letters followed by numbers. Don't use the contract or invoice number, or the payment may not be applied. If your bank refuses the format, EBOX suggests adding four or five X characters to the end of the client code.
Pre-authorized debits
Automatic payments are optional at EBOX. When they are set up, your card or bank account is charged between the 10th and the 15th of each month. Any change to the method must be made before the 10th; a change after that date won't stop that month's debit. The invoice still arrives on the 7th, and it is the document to file, since the debit itself shows no detail.
EBOX invoices filed each month
EBOX's invoice email on the 7th is a fixed date, which makes it easy to capture. Forward it to email receipt capture, or let bill fetching have our AI agent pull the PDF from the Customer Zone. Both keep a year of EBOX invoices ready for tax time.
