How to download an Xplore invoice

Xplore emails your invoice to the account billing email on your invoice date, and it is also available in MyXplore within the next business day. Log in from xplore.ca with the Log in / Register button and open Invoices to view them. The MyXplore app, on Android, iPhone and as a desktop app, has the same features.
Your invoice date and payment date
The invoice date is the day your service was activated. Xplore takes the first payment 14 days after the invoice date, or 21 days in Quebec. That first amount includes any equipment installation fee and the first full month. After that, service is billed in advance and any usage charges in arrears. Payments can take up to three business days to process, especially around weekends and holidays. The invoice date can't be changed, but Xplore may move the payment date temporarily or permanently on request.
A pre-authorized method is required
Xplore requires a pre-authorized payment method on every account: a pre-authorized credit card (PAC) or a pre-authorized debit (PAD) from a bank account. There are two ways to submit it:
- MyXplore (preferred): after login you are offered the option to set it up. Card customers give the card type, number, expiry, name and billing information.
- By fax: print the Pre-Authorized Payment PDF form, add your banking information and a void cheque, and fax it to the secure number on the form.
Because payment is automatic, the emailed invoice is the record to keep for each month.
What the MyXplore home page shows
The home page lists your last payment and its date, your invoice delivery method (email, regular mail or both) and a Make a Payment button for a one-time payment. Payment Methods lets you view or change the card or account on file.
Paper and accessible invoices
Paper billing can be requested by emailing support@xplore.ca. For an accessible format, write to accessible@xplore.ca. Xplore Customer Care is at 1-866-841-6001.
Xplore invoices from rural home offices
Many Xplore customers work from rural homes where the connection is a real business cost. Forward each emailed invoice to email receipt capture, or let bill fetching sign in to MyXplore for the copies. The year is then ready for tax receipts.
