Lucky Mobile is prepaid and has no monthly statement. To see what you paid, open the Lucky Mobile My Account app, tap the Balance icon and choose View payment history, or use My Account on the web under the My Prepaid Account tab. Pick a From and To date to list the payments.
Viewing payment history
- In the app: launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app, click the Balance icon, click View payment history and set the From and To dates.
- On the web: log in to My Account, open the My Prepaid Account tab, click View payment history in the Current balance section and choose the dates.
A payment made in the last hour may not appear yet.
Automatic Top-Up
Lucky Mobile recommends Automatic Top-Up. It charges your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account each month for the Total Monthly Charge (plan plus add-ons) before your Monthly Charge Date. The Monthly with Low Balance option also tops up whenever the balance drops to a minimum you set. If you change plans and forget the setting, Lucky adjusts the amount to the new total. Registering earns bonus data each month.
- In the app, click Register for Automatic Top-Up on the main screen.
- Choose the option and click Continue.
- Choose the amount and method of payment, enter the details and click Review.
- Select Submit and accept the Terms of Service.
On the web, the path is My Prepaid Account, then Change Automatic Top-Up under Top-Up options. Automatic payments appear in payment history, which is your monthly record.
Manual top-ups and the card receipt
You can top up by credit card or Visa Debit in the app, in My Account or by dialling *111. Top-up cards come in $15, $20, $25, $50 and $100 values at retailers, convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations. Lucky Mobile stresses one detail: the top-up PIN prints on the store receipt, not on the card. That receipt is both the key and the proof of purchase.
Lucky Mobile receipts kept safe
The receipt with the PIN is thermal paper that fades. Photograph it with the receipt scanner on the day you buy it, and keep the payment history alongside. A phone your employer reimburses then has clean records for an expense report.
