How to pay and download a Cogeco Business bill

Cogeco Business customers view bills, check the balance, make a payment and switch to paperless billing in My Account. Register with the account number at the top of your bill. Pre-authorized payments work differently for businesses: Cogeco says business clients set them up by contacting Cogeco, not through the self-serve screens.
What Business My Account covers
Cogeco's business billing page lists the online tasks: view your bills, check your account balance, make a payment, change your mailing address, change your method of payment, update your user profile and get paperless billing. Cogeco's My Account help says bills open from Billing, then Overview, with View next to each invoice, and older bills (up to 24 months) are under Billing history.
Pre-authorized payments for business clients
Residential customers turn on pre-authorized payments in the app or browser. Business clients are directed to contact Cogeco instead, and cancelling also goes through a local representative. The Cogeco Business line for specialists is 1-877-846-7863, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Once active, the amount due is withdrawn automatically on the due date. The bill is still issued each month, and it is the record that breaks down the charges.
Reading a Cogeco Business bill
- Account number: used to pay and to create a My Account profile.
- Account summary: one page per service address, with charges by category.
- Previous month charges: past payments and the last bill's balance.
- One-time fees and adjustments: long distance, equipment, installation fees or credits.
- Due date and amount due: the total with all taxes, withdrawn on the due date if pre-authorized payments are on.
- Invoice details: regular pricing, bundle discounts and promotions listed separately.
The billing address may differ from the service address, which matters if you run several locations. Check that the address on the bill is the one your bookkeeper expects before filing it.
Cogeco Business bills for every location
With one account summary per service address, a multi-site business gets a thick bill. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to My Account and save each month's bill, ready to split across locations for your tax filings or an expense report.
