How to pay and download a Beanfield invoice

Beanfield invoices are in MyBeanfield. Log in, go to the Billing Section on the homepage, click View Billing Details, and scroll to Past Invoices, where each invoice has a View and a Download button. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Four billing cycles
Your cycle depends on the installation date. Invoices are issued on the 1st, 8th, 16th or 24th of the month. With a pre-authorized credit card, the charge comes about 10 days later: the 11th, 18th, 26th or the 4th of the next month. Pre-authorized debits are processed in the third week of the cycle. The first invoice is prorated, covering the days from activation plus the following full month, with the proration dates printed in blue.
Paying an invoice
In MyBeanfield's Billing Section, click Make a Payment.
- Credit card: select Pay with a Credit Card, keep Pay Current Balance or enter Other Amount, fill in the card and billing address, and click Make Payment.
- Through your bank: select Pay through your bank, click Copy Account Number, choose your bank and click Go to My Bank Website to finish there.
Autopay and the $5 credit
- In the Billing Section, click View Billing Details.
- Scroll to Automatic Payments and click Set Up Autopay.
- Enter the card, adjust the billing address if it differs, and click Save.
New customers on eligible packages get a $5 Autopay Credit on their Internet bill. It applies to the first two bills automatically, but you must enroll in pre-authorized card or debit payments before the third billing cycle to keep it. It doesn't currently apply to new Fibrestream customers. Autopay settles the invoice; the invoice itself is still the record to keep.
Beanfield's GST/HST and QST numbers
Beanfield's numbers changed on May 30, 2025. Beanfield Fibre 1 L.P. lists GST/HST 786754564, QST 1232770569 and PST 1495-2300. A business claiming input tax credits needs the supplier's registration number on file, and these are the ones to match against your invoices.
Beanfield invoices filed with the right tax number
Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to MyBeanfield and save each invoice from Past Invoices as it is issued. With the GST/HST number printed on each one, they are ready for tax receipts and expense reports.
