To download a TELUS Business bill, log in to My TELUS, open the Billing tab and select Download PDF bill. For up to 18 months at once, choose Download past PDF bills. Profiles with several accounts are taken to My TELUS Bill Analyzer instead, where the latest statement can be downloaded and paid.
Downloading current and past bills
- Log in to My TELUS with an Account manager profile.
- From the Overview page, select the Billing tab, or View bill under Your Bills.
- Choose the account if needed, then Download PDF bill for the current one.
- Select Download past PDF bills for up to 18 months.
Business Mobility customers can also pick a single month from the Past Bills section, and download the current bill in the My TELUS app with Download Bill (PDF). Turn off pop-up blockers if the file doesn't start.
Ways to pay
- My TELUS: select Make a payment and submit the form.
- My TELUS app: Billing tab, Pay Bill, then a bank account or a card.
- Bill Analyzer: Access Bill Analyzer, Statements, tick each statement and select Pay.
- Phone: 310-2255, the automated line, by credit card.
- Online banking: payee "TELUS Mobility.Mobilite" for Mobility or "TELUS Communications" for Home Solutions, with your account number.
- Cheque or money order: one per account number, payable to TELUS Mobility.Mobilite for Business Mobility or TELUS Communications Inc for wireline. Allow 7 business days by mail.
- MoneyGram at participating Canada Post outlets, cash or debit.
Pre-authorized payments
- Log in to My TELUS and select Billing.
- Choose the account.
- From the Balance section, select Set up pre-authorized payments.
- Complete and submit the form.
A credit card, Visa Debit or bank account can be used. It may take a full billing cycle to start, and TELUS suggests a one-time card payment meanwhile to avoid late charges. The PDF bill keeps coming, and it is the document your bookkeeper needs for the GST or HST.
