How to pay and download a Videotron Business invoice

Videotron Business invoices are in the Business Customer Centre. Log in, click See your invoice, then View invoice to open, save or print it. Billing History at the bottom of that page holds up to 36 months of invoices, counted from the day you signed up for online billing.
Signing up for online billing
- Log in to the Business Customer Centre.
- Under Your Invoice, select Subscribe to Online Billing.
- Enter your email address and click Subscribe.
Paper invoices stop with the next billing period. In return you can download invoices, get an email when each one is ready, and a reminder five days before the due date. Invoices only appear in Billing History once online billing is on.
Paying the invoice
- Online banking: add Videotron as a payee at any Canadian financial institution.
- Credit card by phone: call 1-866-380-2967, option 2. The account is credited within 24 business hours.
- Cheque or money order: Vidéotron Ltd., P.O. Box 11078, Succ. Centre-ville, Montréal (Québec) H3C 5B7. Allow five business days, and note that post-dated cheques are refused.
Registering for preauthorized payments
- Log in to the Business Customer Centre.
- In the Account and Invoice section, under Your Invoice, select Register for Preauthorized Payments.
- Enter your banking or credit card information.
Update it right away if your bank or card number changes. Preauthorized payment settles the balance, but the invoice remains the supporting document for your GST and QST.
How long to keep them
Videotron recommends keeping invoices for at least a year, or for the length of your agreement if it is longer, as evidence in case of a billing error. It also notes that adding up the last 12 invoices gives the annual cost of your Internet service. The automated line at 1-866-380-2967 reports the last invoice balance and payment, around the clock.
Videotron Business invoices kept past 36 months
Thirty-six months is generous, but tax records outlast it. Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to the Business Customer Centre and file each invoice as it is issued. The ready-made email alert can also go through email receipt capture, and everything is kept for tax time.
