How to get a chatr receipt

Downloading the payment history report

1. Sign in to My chatr.
2. Go to the Profile tab and select View history reports.
3. Select the Payment tab.
4. Filter the report to the dates you need.
5. Select Download PDF for a detailed copy.

The same reports area also has order, usage and account history.

Ways to top up

• Guest top-up: no sign-in, only a chatr phone number, paid with a credit card, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard or a chatr top-up card.
• My chatr: sign in and make a one-time payment.
• Text or call: text your 12-digit top-up card PIN to 611 from your chatr phone, or dial *611 if a card or PIN is already on the account.
• Text reminders: with a saved card, reply Yes to the monthly reminder and chatr charges it.
• Top-up cards: sold at select retailers.

Auto-pay and the bonus

Sign in to My chatr and select Enroll under Auto-pay, then follow the steps. Unenroll the same way. To change the card used, go to Profile, select Manage under Saved cards, choose Use this card for auto-pay, agree to save the details and select Save. Eligible plans earn a monthly auto-pay bonus, added within 48 hours of your anniversary date once payment is processed. Bonus data resets each month. Auto-pay payments still show in the payment history report, which remains your receipt for each month.

Retail top-up cards

A top-up card bought at a store comes with that store's receipt. Keep it with the payment history entry, since the card alone doesn't show what you paid.

chatr records for a work phone

A prepaid phone used for work still needs proof each month. Photograph the store receipt with the receipt scanner, and let bill fetching sign in to My chatr for the payment history PDF. Both attach cleanly to an expense report.
