How to download an oxio invoice

oxio uses e-billing for every customer. Your invoices are in the Client Portal under the Billing tab, and oxio emails a reminder each month when a new bill is ready. To pay a balance, open Billing, choose Make Payment, pick a full or partial payment and confirm.
Where oxio invoices are
Log in to the Client Portal and select Billing (at the bottom of the screen on mobile). Under the Billing Summary tab, Next Bill Due shows the due date and the days left in the cycle. oxio bills cover the upcoming month of service, not the month that just ended. Paper bills are available on request through live chat or SMS.
Reading an oxio invoice
The top right shows the billing cycle, the due date and the total. The middle lists ongoing charges, any prior balance, taxes and fees (which vary by province), credits such as referrals, applied payments, and pending payments. A pending payment is a pre-authorized bank debit oxio expected but has not yet received.
Payment methods and timing
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and Amex, processed instantly. Prepaid cards aren't accepted.
- Online banking: add "oxio" as a payee with the account number on the left side of the invoice. The minimum is $5, and transfers can take up to 7 business days.
- Pre-authorized debit: set up under the Billing tab. Withdrawals can take up to 14 business days to leave your account. Keep the funds available to avoid NSF fees.
E-cheque and bank transfer payments can take at least six business days to show on the account. oxio does not accept cryptocurrency.
Adding or changing a payment method
- Log in to the Client Portal and open Billing.
- Under Payment Methods, tap Add Payment Method or Add Bank Account.
- Fill in the details and tap Confirm.
At least one method must stay on file. Automatic payment changes nothing about the monthly invoice, which remains the record to keep.
oxio invoices from the reminder email
oxio's monthly "bill ready" email is your cue. Send it to email receipt capture, or let bill fetching sign in to the Client Portal for the invoice itself. Either way the GST, HST or QST lines are on file for tax receipts.
