How to pay and print a Kinetic bill

Kinetic bills are paid and viewed at my.gokinetic.com or in the Go Kinetic app. To get a past bill, log in, click View Invoices under "View & Pay My Bill", then View next to the bill. It opens as a PDF you can save or print. You must be registered for online bill pay first.
Windstream links now lead to Kinetic
Kinetic is the home internet brand of Windstream. Old windstream.com support links now redirect to gokinetic.com, and the site's residential menu also links to Uniti Solutions. If you still have a Windstream bookmark, the Go Kinetic portal is where your account lives.
Ways to pay a Kinetic bill
- Go Kinetic portal or app: sign up or pay at my.gokinetic.com, or manage the account in the app.
- Phone: (800) 347-1991 runs an automated payment system at no extra charge. A processing fee may apply when a representative takes the payment.
- Mail: Kinetic, P.O. Box 9001908, Louisville, KY 40290-1908. The payment must be received by the due date.
Kinetic adds a $1.46 surcharge to every payment made by credit card. A late payment can also bring an extra charge on the next bill.
Kinetic Auto Pay
Auto Pay draws from a checking account or a credit card at no additional charge. Log in to Go Kinetic to start it; Kinetic's line for Auto Pay questions is 1-844-945-4520. Once Auto Pay is on, you can also stop the paper bill. The invoice still posts in View Invoices each month, and that invoice is the document to keep, not the withdrawal.
Printing an archived invoice
- Log in at my.gokinetic.com.
- On the left, under View & Pay My Bill, click View Invoices. Archived bills are listed with the newest first.
- Click View beside the one you need. It opens in a new window, or your browser asks to download it.
- Print with the printer icon, or File, then Print.
The paper bill charge
Internet customers who receive paper bills pay a paper bill charge. Moving to paperless avoids it, and View Invoices keeps the monthly PDFs instead.
Every Kinetic invoice, saved as it posts
View Invoices is a list you have to visit. Bill fetching visits it for you: our AI agent logs in to Go Kinetic, saves each new invoice PDF and files it with the month. A remote employee can then attach the bill to an expense report without hunting for the login.
