How to download a Public Mobile invoice
Founder & CEO, Smartbills

Public Mobile does not send a monthly bill. Instead, each purchase has its own invoice. In the Public Mobile app or My Account, go to Payments, select View Payment History, set the date range and choose Download Receipt next to the purchase. The invoice downloads as a PDF.
One invoice per purchase
- Log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account.
- Open the Payments tab and select View Payment History.
- Filter to the dates you want. Only the previous 180 days are available.
- Select Download Receipt beside the subscription renewal, plan change or add-on.
Right after you pay, a Download Your Receipt button gives you the same invoice without the extra steps.
What the invoice shows
Public Mobile built these invoices for tax and business expense use. Each one lists your name and address, a description of the service, the purchase date in the top right corner, the total paid and a breakdown of the tax. That tax breakdown is the line to record if you claim GST or HST on a work phone.
The full payment history as one PDF
For a list rather than separate invoices, go to Payment, then View Payment History in the Upcoming Payment section. Filter the dates and select Download in the top right corner. The PDF covers every transaction in the range, with your details, the service and date of each purchase, its cost, the applicable tax and the date you downloaded it.
Older than 180 days
The app and My Account stop at 180 days. For an earlier invoice, contact a Customer Support Agent: select the chat icon on Public Mobile's help pages and follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
Public Mobile invoices saved before day 180
A six-month window means a full tax year never fits in Public Mobile's history at once. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal or add-on, downloads the invoice and keeps it, through bill fetching. The tax on each invoice is recorded for your return, and a work line's monthly cost can be added to an expense report.
