SaskTel

SaskTel keeps your last 18 bills in eBILL, which you reach through mySASKTEL. Log in, open View/Pay eBILL, choose Bill History from the Bills dropdown and pick the service type. You can download each bill to a phone, tablet or computer and print it from there.

eBILL comes first

Without an eBILL sign-up, the View/Pay eBILL button does not appear in mySASKTEL and there is no bill history to open. Sign up once and the last 18 bills become available.

In mySASKTEL on the web

  1. Log in to mySASKTEL. Business customers select View next to the account first.
  2. Select View Bill, then View/Pay eBILL for a personal account, or View Bill for a business account.
  3. From the Bills dropdown, choose Bill History.
  4. Under Service Type, pick SaskTel for home services or Wireless. With several accounts of one type, choose from the Accounts dropdown too.
  5. Select the blue arrow beside the bill. Page through it with the arrows in the grey bar.

The list shows 10 bills at first. Click the light grey circle under the tenth to load the other 8.

In the mySASKTEL app

  1. Tap Billing at the bottom, then View/Pay Bill.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner and choose Bill History.
  3. Set the Service Type and account, then tap view bill.

If the app shows only one bill, log out, log back in and try the next one, or switch to the web portal.

Filed bills and older copies

Bills you filed in eBILL leave Bill History and sit under Filed Bills. For anything older than 18 months, use Chat with Support or Request a Callback on SaskTel's Contact Us page. SaskTel says charges apply for those older copies.

Paying a SaskTel bill and setting up automatic payments

Card payments through eBILL or KUBRA EZ-PAY, online or telephone banking and payments at a bank post in about 5 business days; a mailed cheque or a SaskTel Store drop box takes about 10.

Automatic payments are free and come from a bank account or a credit card. In a web browser (the steps do not work in the app):

  1. Log in to mySASKTEL and click Set Up Automatic Payments on the welcome page.
  2. Choose Add a Bank Account and enter the transit, bank and account numbers, or Add a Credit Card, which requires eBILL.
  3. For a card, also pick the account, the card and a start date, then click Save.
  4. Accept the terms and submit.

Bank withdrawals land about 13 to 17 days after the billing date, and the current bill may still need a manual payment. Keep the eBILL behind each withdrawal; it itemizes the charges and taxes the bank line rolls into one amount.

SaskTel home and wireless bills archived together

Home services and wireless sit under different service types, which means two passes through Bill History every time. Connect mySASKTEL and our AI agent opens each account, downloads every new bill and saves it, through bill fetching. Your bills stay past the 18-month limit and are sorted for tax time, while a wireless bill paid for work can go onto an expense report.
