Cogeco

Cogeco shows up to 24 months of previous bills in My Account. In the My Account app, open the Billing tab, choose a bill under History and select Download my bill for a PDF. In a browser, select Billing, then Billing history, and open the bill with View.

Turn on eBilling first

Bills appear online once you are signed up for eBilling. You need a My Account profile for that.

  • App: Settings tab, then Payment settings, then eBilling. Enter your email address and select Sign up.
  • Browser: Billing in the side menu, then EBilling settings in the top menu. Enter your email address and select Subscribe.

Downloading from the My Account app

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Select View my bill for the latest one, or the History tab for an earlier one.
  4. Select Download my bill. The PDF saves to your device, ready to print or file.

Opening bills in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account and select Billing from the side menu.
  2. For the current bill, choose Overview in the top menu and, under Invoices, select View.
  3. For older bills, choose Billing history in the top menu.
  4. To print, select the printer icon in the top right corner of the bill.

Cogeco's help pages describe a download button only in the app. On a computer, the printer icon is the documented route.

Working inside the 24-month window

Two years covers a tax year with room to spare, but not an audit that reaches further back. If your internet or phone is a business expense, save each year's bills while they are all still listed.

Paying your Cogeco bill and pre-authorized payments

For Home services, a credit card payment in My Account posts within a day. Online or telephone banking takes 3 to 4 business days: use your 11-digit account number and pick Cogeco Connexion 50 in Ontario or Cogeco Connexion 60 in Quebec as the payee. The phone line's automated system also takes cards.

Residential customers can set up pre-authorized payments from a credit card or a bank account:

  1. Log in to My Account in a browser and select Billing from the side menu.
  2. Choose Pre-authorized payments from the top menu. In the app, it sits under the Settings tab.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps.

Customers who installed on or after November 5, 2025 and hold an eligible Internet plan get $5 off each month with bank debits, not credit cards. Business clients arrange pre-authorized payments by contacting Cogeco. The eBill stays the document to file, with the sales taxes a withdrawal never shows.

Cogeco bills collected as they post

Since the app is the only documented download path, collecting a year of Cogeco PDFs on a phone is slow going. Connect your My Account profile and our AI agent signs in, downloads each new bill and stores it, through bill fetching. The eBilling email that tells you a bill is ready is picked up by email receipt capture. Each year's Cogeco PDFs then sit together for tax time.
