How to find your Visible payment history

Visible doesn't issue regular bills: its terms say that, apart from explicitly billed services, you will not receive a bill for your payments. Your record is Payment History, under Account in the Visible app or in the Payment History section of your account on visible.com. Select a date to see the detailed breakdown of that payment. Manual payments are made from the same Account section in the app, or Overview on the web.
In the Visible app
- Log in to the Visible app.
- Go to Account, scroll down and tap Payment History.
- Tap a date for a detailed breakdown of that payment.
On visible.com
- Sign in to your Visible account.
- Go to the Payment History section.
- Select a date for a closer look.
When Visible does bill you
Some accounts, such as those with a financed device or home internet service, are billed, with a due date stated on the bill. For a billed service, accepting Visible's terms means agreeing to receive billing statements and notices electronically, through the app or visible.com.
Monthly or annual payments
A monthly plan is due one calendar month after activation, with reminders 6, 3 and 2 days before. An annual plan renews a year after activation, with emails 60, 35, 15 and 3 days ahead. Smartwatch service and Visible Protect stay monthly even on an annual plan, which leaves you with two kinds of payment records.
Autopay and payment methods
Autopay charges your default payment method on the due date. You can add a backup method that Visible tries if the default fails. Major credit, debit and prepaid cards, PayPal and Venmo are accepted, and Apple Pay works for one-time payments in the iOS app.
A Visible record without a bill
With no monthly bill to download, the Payment History entry is what proves the expense. Our AI agent can sign in to your Visible account and save each payment breakdown through bill fetching. Annual renewal and payment emails can be routed through email receipt capture, and the result sits in an expense report like any other phone cost.
