T-Mobile

To download a T-Mobile bill, sign in to the T-Life app, open the Account tab, then View my bills and Past bills, and select Download PDF. T-Mobile keeps up to 18 months of bills, and downloading them yourself is free, while a paper reprint from Customer Care carries a fee.

In the T-Life app

  1. Sign in and open the Account tab.
  2. View your bill, then select View my bills and Past bills.
  3. Open the bill and, in Bill details, select Download PDF for the summary or the detailed bill.

Paper reprints cost extra

A reprint ordered through Customer Care carries a fee; T-Mobile allows one free reprint per calendar year and lists a charge for each after that, shown on your bill as a Bill Reprint Fee. Downloading the PDF yourself avoids it. Paperless billing is the default, and a mailed paper bill can be requested for an additional charge.

Summary or detailed?

For an expense report, the summary usually does the job: it shows the period, the lines and the total. The detailed bill adds line-by-line usage, which helps when you need to show which line was the work phone.

Taxes and fees on the bill

Some T-Mobile plans include monthly taxes and fees in the plan price; others add them on top. Where T-Mobile charges its own surcharges, they appear in the T-Mobile Fees and Charges section of the bill, separate from government taxes.

T-Mobile for Business

Business accounts use the Account Hub. Go to Billing, then the Statements tab, and choose Summary or Detailed. A summary can take up to two hours to be ready, and a detailed bill up to 12 hours.

Prepaid

Prepaid accounts work differently: there is no monthly bill to download in the same way, and balance details are on the prepaid refill page.

Paying your T-Mobile bill and setting up AutoPay

Paying in T-Life or online costs nothing. Log in to pay your own bill, or use guest pay, with no login, for someone else's account. In-store payments add a $5 payment support fee and payments through Customer Care by phone add $10. Your bank's bill pay can also send the money.

AutoPay is free and draws from a linked bank account, debit card or credit card about two days before the due date, a date you can move in T-Life. The monthly per-line discount on qualifying plans needs Pay by Bank, the T-Mobile Visa or a debit card. Other credit cards and Apple Pay or Google Pay do not qualify, and paying early with one of them removes the discount from the next bill.

The discount appears as a credit on the bill. Download the PDF from T-Life, since that is where the plan, the credit and the taxes are itemized.

T-Mobile bills saved before they roll off

Eighteen months sounds like plenty until a tax year closes and the first bills are already gone. Connect your T-Mobile account and our AI agent signs in after each bill posts and saves the PDF, summary or detailed, through bill fetching. T-Mobile's paperless notice emails can be picked up by email receipt capture too, and you know the bill landed even before the PDF is filed. No reprint fees, no gaps in the year.
