Rogers

MyRogers keeps up to 18 months of bill history online for Rogers accounts, and lets you save any of those bills as a PDF from the website.

Saving a bill on the website

  1. Sign in to MyRogers.
  2. Under Billing & Payment, select View your bill.
  3. Under Select Bills, choose the bill date.
  4. Select Save PDF to keep a copy, or Print PDF to print it.

In the MyRogers app

  1. Sign in and tap Billing at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap View Bill.
  3. Select Past Bills.

To save a PDF, the website is the reliable route. Printing from a phone needs a printer that supports wireless printing.

Former Shaw accounts

If your account came over from Shaw, the menus differ: open My Bills from the top navigation, scroll to Account History and select View Bill beside the bill. It opens as a printable PDF. Rogers' Shaw eBill FAQ describes up to 24 months of bill history on these accounts.

When the bill appears

Your monthly bill is usually online about 8 business days after the billing period ends. Rogers is moving monthly billing to paperless; customers 65 or older, without internet or a data plan, or with accessibility needs can ask for paper.

Older bills

Bills beyond the online history are not available in MyRogers. Contact Rogers through its billing and payments support page.

Rogers bills for a business

The PDF bill shows the GST/HST charged, which is what an input tax credit or a phone reimbursement needs. Save each one when it is issued rather than hoping the history still reaches back far enough at tax time.

Paying a Rogers bill and setting up automatic payments

In MyRogers, select Make a payment from the Overview tab and pay with a credit card, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard. Quick Pay on rogers.com skips the sign-in with a one-time password sent to your Rogers phone. You can also call 1-888-764-3771 or dial *611. Through your bank, add Rogers as a payee with the Bank Payment ID (BPID) and allow 3 to 5 business days.

In the MyRogers app, Manage automatic payments sets up withdrawals from a chequing account: choose the chequing option, enter the details and authorize. A pre-authorized credit card, a Rogers Bank card or a debit card enabled for recurring online purchases also works for paying, but since September 15, 2026 only pre-authorized debit or a Rogers Bank card keeps the Auto-Pay Discount.

The discount appears as a line on the bill, which makes the PDF you save each month the proof of the net amount paid.

Rogers bills handled for you

Rogers bills post about eight business days after the period closes, which is easy to forget and easy to automate. Connect MyRogers (or a former Shaw account) and our AI agent signs in once the bill is up, saves the PDF and reads the GST/HST for tax time, through bill fetching. Rogers' bill-ready emails can be picked up by email receipt capture as well.
