Freedom Mobile

To download a Freedom Mobile bill, log in to My Account, go to Billing Details, open your bill history and download the bill you need. Freedom keeps your last 18 bills, and a new one is ready on your billing date. Bill history can also be exported to Excel for a full year.

Mobile bills

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Go to Billing Details.
  3. Choose the option to view your bill history, then download the bill you need.

Your bill history, payments and adjustments can also be printed or exported to Excel, useful when you need a year of phone costs in one sheet.

Why the first bill is bigger

The first bill combines partial charges from your activation date to the first regular billing date with the next full month in advance. Later bills cover one month. Plan changes mid-cycle can also produce prorated charges.

Taxes on the bill

The taxes line covers all applicable federal and provincial taxes and government levies. For a business, that line is what an input tax credit claim is built from.

Home internet

  • 5G Home Internet: Billing Details, then View Bill History for your last 18 bills.
  • Cable internet with an eero router or cable modem: Manage Internet & TV, then Payment History.

Usage is not a bill

The usage history (six months, exportable to Excel) shows what you used, not what you were charged. Keep the bills for your records.

Late payments

Unpaid balances accrue interest from the first bill on which they appear. Another reason to see each bill when it arrives.

Paying your Freedom Mobile bill and setting up Auto Pay

Paying online in My Account or the Express Payment Portal is fastest and carries no assisted fee. Dial 611 to pay by phone, or visit a store, where cash also works; a $2.00 fee applies whenever an agent helps. Online banking with Freedom Mobile as payee and your 14-digit account number takes 3 to 5 business days.

Auto Pay charges a postpaid bill on its due date. To set it up with a card:

  1. Log in to My Account and open the My Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the Credit Card section and select Activate Auto Pay.
  3. Enter the card, accept the terms and confirm.

To pay from a bank account instead, return the Pre-Authorized Payment form. Home Internet needs its own Auto Pay. Auto Pay also unlocks the $5 monthly Digital Discount once you redeem the promo code. Save each bill, since it shows the discount and the taxes that the card charge does not.

Freedom bills filed on the billing date

Freedom posts each bill in My Account on a fixed date, and bill fetching can be there to meet it: connect the account and our AI agent signs in on your billing date, downloads the bill and reads the taxes line for tax time. Bill notification emails can be collected by email receipt capture too. Eighteen months of history becomes a permanent record.
