How to get a past Comcast Business bill

Comcast Business keeps your statements in My Account at business.comcast.com and in the Comcast Business App, which is useful when your internet, phone and TV are all on one business bill.
Archived statements
With paperless billing, you can view up to 24 months of archived statements in My Account and print copies when you need them. Sign in at business.comcast.com/myaccount and open the billing section.
Payment history
My Account, on desktop or mobile, shows your payment history for the past 12 months. For a record older than that, keep the statements themselves.
The Comcast Business App
The app lets you make payments, view history and manage billing settings from your phone, with the same sign-in as My Account.
What to check on a business bill
A combined business bill can include internet, voice lines, equipment, TV, taxes and fees. When the total changes, compare two statements line by line: a promotional rate ending or an added line usually explains it.
Telecom in your books
Internet and phone service is a monthly operating cost. Keep each statement as the record, especially if the business claims sales tax back or allocates the cost across locations.
Paying a Comcast Business bill and enrolling in Auto Pay
Signed in to My Account, choose Pay Now under account management, pick a stored or new payment method, select Continue and then Submit Payment. With a stored method you can schedule the payment up to 60 days ahead. Quick Pay works without signing in: select Try Quick Pay on the sign-in page, enter the account number and amount, and pay by card or bank account, either through an instant bank login with Plaid or by typing the routing and account numbers.
To set up Auto Pay:
- Sign in and select Set Up Auto Pay in the Account Preferences Completion banner, or Enroll next to Auto Pay in Account Management.
- Enter the payment method and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- Select Continue, review and select Confirm.
Auto Pay charges the method on or after each due date. Statements keep posting in My Account; each one, with its taxes and fees itemized, is the record that belongs in the books.
Comcast Business bills filed every cycle
Twenty-four months of statements is a good buffer, but only if someone saves them. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in after each billing date, downloads the statement and files it by location through bill fetching. With paperless billing on, Comcast's bill-ready emails can be logged by email receipt capture, which makes a missing month obvious.
