How to view and download a TELUS bill

At TELUS everything goes through My TELUS, on the web or in the app. With paperless billing you can view, download and print bills from the last 18 months. Older bills are no longer available online. The steps differ a little depending on whether your profile has one account or several, and whether it's a residential or TELUS Business account.
In the My TELUS app
- Download the My TELUS app and sign in with your My TELUS username and password.
- Select Billing to see your bill. Bills for other accounts are chosen from the menu at the top.
- To download it, select Download bill (PDF) and save the file.
On an iPhone the PDF ends up in the Files app. On Android it appears in your file manager, and Android may ask for permission to access files: allow it, or the download fails.
On the web, one account
- Sign in to My TELUS.
- From the Overview page, select the Billing tab, or View bill in the Your bills section.
- Select Download PDF bill for the current month.
- For past months, choose Download past PDF bills.
Several accounts and TELUS Business
A My TELUS profile that groups several accounts is sent to the My TELUS Bill Analyzer, where you download and view the most recent statement. Profiles linked only to TELUS Business mobility accounts go to a page with a Download (PDF) button, and a single past bill can be downloaded from the history section by choosing the month.
The first bill and partial charges
The first bill often surprises people: it includes partial charges between the activation date and the billing date, on top of the first full month and sometimes one-time fees such as installation. A plan change mid-cycle also produces partial charges or credits. For an expense claim, the second bill reflects the usual monthly cost.
Tax and reimbursement
For an employee reimbursed for their phone plan, the monthly PDF is the document to attach, not the notification email. For a registered business, the bill shows the GST/HST, and in Québec the GST and QST, charged on the service, which is what an input tax credit needs. A card statement isn't enough: it shows neither the tax nor the supplier's registration number.
Paying a TELUS bill and setting up pre-authorized payments
TELUS pre-authorized payments are set up online only, in My TELUS or the app, from a chequing account, a Visa or Mastercard debit card or a credit card:
- Log in to My TELUS and, if you have several accounts, pick the one to set up.
- Select Set up pre-authorized payments.
- Complete and submit the online form.
In the My TELUS app, the same setting sits on the Billing screen. Setting it up on the bill's due date means you also make a one-time payment that day to avoid late charges; the next bill is then paid automatically.
Eligible mobility and internet plans earn up to $10 off per month for each subscriber or internet plan while a pre-authorized method stays active, starting with the next bill. That discount shows on the bill PDF, which remains the document for an expense claim or a tax file.
TELUS bills without the Bill Analyzer
TELUS sends a notification when the bill is ready, and email receipt capture spots it in your Gmail or Outlook inbox. For the PDF itself, connect your My TELUS profile: our AI agent signs in each cycle, downloads the bill for every account and files it with the period, amount and taxes. Bill fetching saves juggling the Bill Analyzer when one profile groups several accounts.
