Xfinity

To download an Xfinity bill, sign in at xfinity.com, go to Billing & Pay, open View Bill & Transaction History and choose the bill in Bill History. Xfinity keeps up to 24 months of bills, even for disconnected services. Only Primary or Manager users on the account can see them.

On xfinity.com

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity account.
  2. Go to Billing & Pay and choose View Bill & Transaction History.
  3. Select Bill History and choose the bill to download it as a PDF.

Only Primary or Manager users on the account can see bill details. If the option is missing, ask the account holder to change your role.

In the Xfinity app

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Tap Bill details, then Bill history.
  3. Tap the date of the bill to view or download it.

Paperless billing emails

With paperless billing, Xfinity emails the amount due, the due date and a link to the bill instead of mailing paper. Customers on automatic payments get an email when the bill is ready and another before it is due. The email is a notice; the bill itself is behind the link.

Xfinity Mobile

Xfinity Mobile statements have their own area. In the app, use Statement history under the Mobile billing card to pull previous statements. Xfinity Mobile requires automatic payments, which you can redirect to another card but not turn off.

Internet and phone as a business cost

If you work from home and claim part of your internet bill, or get reimbursed for it, each monthly bill is the proof. Two years of history helps, but only if someone downloads them before they age out.

Paying your Xfinity bill and turning on automatic payments

To pay online, sign in with the Primary or Manager Xfinity ID and select Billing & Pay, then Make a Payment:

  1. Choose Current balance or Pay another amount, then a payment date.
  2. Pick a saved method, or add a U.S. checking or savings account (verified through Plaid) or an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa card.
  3. Select Continue, then Submit Payment, and keep the confirmation and authorization numbers.

Paying with a saved method is also the quickest way into automatic payments: select Turn on automatic payments and accept the terms on the same screen. Payments can take a business day to appear. With Xfinity Internet, automatic payments plus paperless billing from a stored bank account earn a $10 monthly discount, which can take up to two bills to show; cards no longer qualify. Paperless billing is part of that deal. Download the statement each month to keep a copy showing the discount and the taxes.

Xfinity bills collected from the source

The paperless email tells you a bill exists, and email receipt capture can log each one, but the PDF is behind your Xfinity login. Connect the account and our AI agent signs in when the bill is ready, downloads it from Bill history and records the amount, through bill fetching. A home office claim at year-end then has all twelve months, internet and mobile, without anyone opening the app.
