How to get an Uber Eats receipt or invoice

From Past Orders

1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of the main screen.
2. Select Orders, then Past Orders.
3. Tap the order and select View receipt.

A business profile for work orders

A business profile lets you charge orders to a business card and have the receipts sent to your work email. When you set it up, you can add the receipt email, choose your company's expense provider for automatic receipt forwarding and pick a travel report. Business group orders run through the same profile.

A tax invoice instead of a receipt

Some companies and tax authorities want an invoice rather than a receipt. Uber Eats issues one per order once you have a tax profile:

1. Create a tax profile at riders.uber.com/tax-profiles.
2. On ubereats.com, open Orders and use Save Invoice on the order.

Invoices cannot be edited once issued, and the details required vary by country. Set the profile up before you order.

Uber for Business administrators

On an Uber for Business account, program administrators can email copies of receipts to themselves, and download receipts in bulk from the Reports tab by adding the Receipt PDF column to a CSV report.

A receipt but no food

If you got a receipt but the order never arrived, report it through Uber's order never arrived form in the app.

Uber Eats receipts routed without forwarding

With a business profile sending receipts to your work email, email receipt capture can file each one from that inbox, tax and tip read off, without setting up a forwarding rule. For the tax invoice, connect your Uber account and our AI agent signs in to ubereats.com after each order and saves it with bill fetching. Both land on the same meal in your expense report.
