Grubhub

To get a Grubhub receipt, go to My account and select Past orders. Grubhub also emails a receipt once the restaurant starts preparing your order. For Grubhub for Business orders, the receipt goes to whoever placed the order, and admins can open any order's receipt in the Admin Portal.

Personal accounts

Go to My account and select Past orders to open receipts for previous orders.

Delivery fees

When a restaurant charges for delivery, the fee is set by the restaurant or the delivery service it uses, and it appears on the receipt.

Grubhub for Business

For corporate orders, the receipt is emailed to the person who placed the order. An admin can also open the Admin Portal, go to the Orders tab and select the receipt icon on any order for a detailed receipt.

Old Grubhub for Work orders

Receipts from the older Grubhub for Work platform stopped being self-serve on December 1, 2020. Contact your Client Success Manager or Client Relations for them.

Team lunches and client meals

Meal policies usually ask for the itemized receipt with tax and tip, plus who attended. Add the attendees while the order is fresh.

Grubhub receipts arriving straight in the books

Grubhub's receipt email lands as soon as the kitchen starts cooking, which makes email receipt capture the quickest route: it files each one from your inbox with the tax and tip read off. For an admin covering a team's orders, connect the Grubhub account and our AI agent signs in to Past orders or the Admin Portal and saves the detailed receipts through bill fetching. Both feed the meal straight into the expense report.
