How to get an OVHcloud invoice

Open or download one invoice

Each row lists the reference, order number, issue date, amounts with and without VAT, the balance due and a Paid or Unpaid status. Click the ... button and choose See PDF version or See HTML version. Filters let you search by reference, order number or date.

Export many invoices at once

The Batch actions menu has Export all as CSV and Export all as PDF. To export some, tick their boxes and choose Export selection in CSV format or Export selection in PDF format. A full-year PDF export is the quickest way to hand a year of hosting costs to an accountant.

No invoices showing?

If My bills is empty, you are probably not the billing contact for the service. Check under My account, then My contacts, where the billing contact can be changed. This matters when a freelancer ordered the server under their own customer account.

Payment tracking and unpaid bills

The Payment tracking tab under My bills links each invoice to its payment, and Export in CSV format downloads your payment receipts. When a payment is lower than the invoice, an account balance probably covered the rest. To settle an unpaid bill, use Pay balance immediately from Batch actions or the bill's own menu. That creates a settlement order, and the balance returns to zero once paid.

Disputing an invoice

To question an invoice or ask for a refund, click your name at the top right and choose Create a ticket. OVHcloud notes that details vary by country and product, and the contracts on your Contract list page are the reference.
