Hetzner invoices are in Hetzner Accounts at accounts.hetzner.com, under the Invoices tab, which also holds transactions and contact and payment details. Each invoice covers the previous month, and the usage behind it is in a separate consumption statement you can download as CSV.
One account for every Hetzner product
Hetzner Accounts is the central place for invoices from Hetzner Console, Robot and konsoleH. Older invoices issued in konsoleH stay in konsoleH, and only new ones appear in Hetzner Accounts. The first page of each invoice totals costs by product category and by interface, which helps when cloud servers and dedicated servers are billed together.
The individual consumption statement
The PDF does not list individual consumption values. Those are in the consumption statement, reached from the QR code on the invoice, the link inside the PDF, or Invoices, Overview in your account. It shows detailed usage, backup calculation bases, discounts, add-ons and reference numbers, and can be viewed in the browser or downloaded as CSV. You need your customer number, printed on every invoice and under Contact details.
When an invoice is issued
Billing is pro-rated and paid after use. Invoices are monthly only, with no yearly invoices or prepayments. An invoice is created once the amount passes €10, or $10, or after the total has stayed under that threshold for three months. A small test server can therefore produce one invoice for a whole quarter. Several months may be combined on one bill.
The October 2026 date change
On 1 October 2026, Hetzner changed invoice dates for all customers, and some received two invoices that month. Check your billing date in the administration interface. Support cannot move it for one customer.
How Hetzner collects payment
Hetzner offers automated payment by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
