How to get a Wasabi invoice

Wasabi invoices are on the Billing Overview tab of the Wasabi Management Console. Click the download icon to the right of an invoice and select Download Invoice to get the PDF. Paid subscribers also get an email every 30 days saying a new invoice is available in the console.
One invoice at a time
- Sign in to the Wasabi Management Console.
- Open Billing Overview.
- Click the download icon to the right of the invoice.
- Choose Download Invoice.
The list shows the invoice number, period start and end, status and amount. Click a line to see usage as of that date, including deleted storage and total storage.
A whole year in one download
Click the download icon to the right of the invoice headings and choose all invoices, the current year or a previous year. Wasabi delivers them as individual PDFs inside a zip file, which is the quickest way to hand over a year of storage costs.
Usage per bucket
From an invoice's download icon, Download Utilization gives a CSV with one row per bucket, deleted buckets included. Columns cover active and deleted storage in GB-days, API calls, ingress and egress. Agencies that keep one bucket per client can use it to recharge storage costs.
When Wasabi charges
Paid subscribers are invoiced and their card is charged every 30 days. A trial account that adds a card gets its first invoice 30 days later. Deleted data is billed until it reaches a 90-day minimum storage period, which is why a cleanup does not lower the next invoice straight away. The email notice lists the invoice number, the last four digits of the card and the amount.
Paying an open invoice
A red button on an invoice line means it is open or past due. Click it, then Pay, to charge the default payment method.
Wasabi invoices captured from the notice
The 30-day notice email tells you an invoice is ready but leaves the PDF in the console. Connect the console login and our AI agent downloads each new invoice and its utilization CSV with bill fetching. Send the notices to email receipt capture to keep the card digits and charge date with each record, and watch storage growth in subscription tracking.
