An Irving Oil receipt is the one printed at the pump or the register. After the fact, purchases that earn rewards appear in your Irving Rewards account under Transaction History, and every Irving Debit Pay purchase is listed in the ZipLine portal at myzipline.biz.
Irving Rewards transaction history
Log in to your account at irvingoil.com/rewards to see your rewards balance, transaction history and account details. When you earn a new reward, it also prints on your receipt.
Irving Debit Pay and ZipLine
Irving Debit Pay is run by a payment partner, ZipLine, and Irving says it has no access to your payment account information. To see your Debit Pay transactions, visit the ZipLine portal at www.myzipline.biz. Purchases that also qualify for Irving Rewards show in the rewards account's Transaction History too.
Why the Debit Pay discount is not on the receipt
Because ZipLine processes these payments, the Debit Pay discount does not appear on the pump screen or in the you saved section of the receipt. To check the final price per gallon, look at the small display where you selected your fuel type.
Paying with Mobile Pay in the app
Mobile Pay in the Irving app uses Irving Debit Pay. At the pump, the app asks for the pump number; inside, show the code for the cashier to scan. Location services must be on. Irving says Mobile Pay works at almost all Irving locations in New England.
Receipt lookup for a past fill-up
Irving's pages don't describe reprinting a lost receipt. The Rewards Transaction History and the ZipLine portal are the two places to confirm a past purchase, its date and its amount.
Irving receipts filed before they fade
Snap each pump receipt with the receipt scanner so the gallons and price are captured. ZipLine notification emails are picked up by email receipt capture, and employees driving for work can claim the fill-up in an expense report.
