How to get an Air France receipt or invoice

To get an Air France receipt or invoice, open My Bookings on the Air France site and choose Request an invoice. Air France's contact page calls this the fastest and easiest route. The US page describes it as a step you can take before your trip begins. If the option is missing for your booking, Air France customer service handles invoice questions by phone and 24/7 chat.
Requesting the invoice in My Bookings
- Go to the Air France site for your country, such as airfrance.us or airfrance.ca.
- Open My Bookings. You can log in with your booking reference or sign in to Flying Blue.
- Pick the trip and select Request an invoice.
The same link sits in the Customer service menu at the bottom of Air France pages, next to Refund and Claims.
Ask for it before you fly
Air France's US contact page frames the invoice request as something to do before the trip begins. The Canadian page only says the invoice can be requested in My Bookings. Neither page sets out a cutoff for completed trips. The safe habit is to request the invoice as soon as the ticket is issued, while the booking is fully active.
Phone and chat help
- From the United States: the Air France service line, +1 800 237 2747.
- From Canada: customer service at +1 800 667-2747.
- Both run from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Sunday.
- Chat is open 24/7 from a computer.
Air France warns that booking and service fees are higher by phone. Keep the call to the invoice request. Flying Blue members can log in for service matched to their status.
Invoice or e-ticket for your records
Keep the invoice from My Bookings as the expense document, and the e-ticket for check-in. Store both under the same booking reference. A finance reviewer can then tie the charge on your card to the flight without asking you.
Air France paperwork in one place
Air France puts the invoice behind a request in My Bookings, which is easy to forget once you are home. Connect your Air France account and our AI agent signs in and fetches the invoice for each booking, through bill fetching. The confirmation and invoice emails are filed from your inbox by email receipt capture, and the flight joins your hotel and meals on the expense report.
