To get a Frontier Airlines receipt, open Manage Trip on flyfrontier.com, enter your last name and confirmation code, and print the confirmation or have the itinerary emailed again. In the FlyFrontier app, the same booking has a View Receipt option. Every payment, refund and card charge on a booking is listed on the My Trip page, and food or drinks bought on board have their own receipt portal.
On the website: Manage Trip
- Go to flyfrontier.com and open Manage Trip.
- Enter your last name and the confirmation code from your booking email.
- Choose to print the confirmation, or select the option to resend the itinerary by email.
Either copy shows the flight details and the charges.
In the FlyFrontier app
- Open My Trips and enter your last name and confirmation code.
- Tap Manage My Booking.
- Tap View Receipt, or resend the confirmation email.
Payment history for bags, seats and changes
If your card shows more than one Frontier charge for a trip, the payment history is where to match them. Frontier says receipts for all payments, refunds and credit card charges are on the My Trip page. Enter your last name and confirmation code, then scroll down to the payments area of the booking. Frontier Miles members can also sign in to their account to see past trips and purchases.
Receipt lookup for in-flight purchases
Snacks and drinks bought during the flight are not on the booking. Frontier sends you to the Frontier Airlines Receipt Portal instead:
- Open the portal at fft.flight-retail.com/receiptportal.
- Choose your payment type and enter the details it asks for, including the flight number from your boarding pass or itinerary.
- Select Search Receipts.
- Use Print All at the top of the page to print or save the receipt.
Frontier charges matched to one trip
A Frontier trip can produce a fare charge, separate add-on charges and an on-board purchase, each with its own paper trail. Connect your Frontier account and our AI agent signs in and fetches the receipts and payment history from My Trip, through bill fetching. Itinerary emails are picked up by email receipt capture, and every Frontier charge is grouped on one expense report.
