Allegiant sends a receipt with your itinerary confirmation to the email address you gave when you booked. To see it again, open Manage Travel on allegiantair.com, where you can view, print or email the itinerary. Allegiant does not issue paper tickets. The email and Manage Travel are the two places your receipt lives.
The booking email is the receipt
Allegiant's reservations page says you get your confirmation number online and by email, and that a receipt with confirmation of your itinerary goes to the booking email address. Search that inbox for the confirmation number first. Nothing arrives in the mail.
Manage Travel: view, print or email
Manage Travel is where Allegiant lets you view, print or email your itinerary, or make changes to it. Printing from there gives you a fresh copy any time after booking. Emailing it lets you send the copy straight to a manager or bookkeeper.
Lookup without a confirmation number
Lost the email? Allegiant has a lookup that does not need the confirmation number:
- Open the Manage Travel section of the Allegiant website.
- Select the Credit/Debit tab.
- Enter your name, your date of departure and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment.
Online check-in, which opens 24 hours before departure, also accepts the last 4 digits of your payment card.
Trips missing from your Allegiant account
A trip booked while you were logged out is not added to your account automatically. Sign in and follow the prompts to add the existing reservation. After that, the trip shows up with the rest of your bookings.
Allegiant and Sun Country bookings
Allegiant and Sun Country are being integrated. Allegiant's FAQ says flights operate as booked, and that you keep using the tools of the airline you booked with. Allegiant bookings go through Allegiant's website, app and customer service. A Sun Country booking stays with Sun Country's own tools, including for its paperwork.
Allegiant itineraries filed for you
With no paper ticket, an Allegiant receipt is only as safe as the inbox it landed in. Connect your Allegiant account and our AI agent signs in to Manage Travel and fetches each itinerary receipt, through bill fetching. The confirmation email itself is filed when it arrives by email receipt capture, and the trip goes onto an expense report next to the hotel and rental car.
