How to get a Webex invoice

If you bought Webex on webex.com, your invoices are in User Hub. Sign in at user.webex.com, open Billing, select Billing information, and click the download icon next to the invoice. Billing administrators can also check order history there, with the order number, order date and payment status.
Downloading from User Hub
- Go to user.webex.com and sign in.
- Open Billing, then Billing information.
- Click the download icon beside the invoice you want.
Who the charge comes from
Two merchants invoice Webex customers worldwide: Cisco Systems and Verifone. On a Meet plus Call plan billed by Cisco Systems, the Meet licenses are charged to the card on file by Cisco Webex or Cisco Systems, while Call plan licenses and international calling are charged by BroadSoft Adaption LLC. That explains two card lines for one Webex subscription. A Starter plan billed monthly through Verifone shows a single prepaid charge for the next month of premium Meetings.
Prepaid licenses and calling usage
Plans, licenses and phone numbers are prepaid. International calling is billed after you use it, which means the calling line on an invoice covers an earlier period than the licenses. Porting phone numbers to Webex carries no extra charge.
Paying a Webex invoice
Accepted payment methods are shown in the shopping cart when you enter billing details, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, PayPal and Apple Pay. Invoice customers can pay by check to the remittance address on page 1 of the invoice, or by EFT, ACH or wire using the bank details on the same page. Those options do not apply to plans bought on webex.com, which are charged to the card on file. Even when the card pays automatically, the downloaded invoice is still the document to keep for your books.
Webex charges matched to their invoice
Two merchants on one bill make Webex card statements hard to reconcile. Connect the User Hub login and our AI agent downloads every new invoice with bill fetching, ready to match against the Cisco and BroadSoft card lines. Forwarded invoice emails go to email receipt capture, and a host who paid personally submits the plan on an expense report.
