How to get a Dialpad invoice

Dialpad invoices are in Admin Settings, under Billing, Billing Summary, on the Invoice History tab. Select an invoice date to open it, then choose View summary, View details or Download PDF. The history shows each invoice's date, amount, paid or owing status, description and notes.
The two Billing Summary tabs
Current Billing shows the plan, billing period, next bill, licenses, add-ons, promotions and payment details. Invoice History holds current and past invoices. Both live in the same Billing Summary page.
Term invoices on a contract
Companies billed under contract terms get invoices generated through NetSuite, and Dialpad treats the PDF as the official record of the charges. A single term invoice can include several offices. If your company has more than one office, downloading the PDF may require company-level access.
Credit card invoices
Card invoices open with a summary: total balance due, due date, credits applied and total tax. User licenses follow, with each add-on listed under the license it belongs to, then other services and credits. Older invoices keep their previous layout. Taxes and fees are based on the company's billing address, and changes in the number of lines during a period show as separate entries.
Adding a note to an invoice
On Invoice History, find the invoice note tab, select Add, type the note and choose Save Changes. The note prints at the bottom of the invoice and is visible to both your company and Dialpad, which suits a PO number or a cost center.
Card updates and autopay
Card-billed accounts see the card under Payment mode on the Current Billing tab. Select Edit under Payment information, enter the new card in Update Payment Information and save. The change takes effect within 24 hours. Term accounts have no card on file. They edit the billing contact shown on the same tab, and changes to contract payment terms go through the Customer Success Manager or Sales. Whichever way it is paid, the invoice PDF remains the document to keep.
Dialpad invoices for every office
Multi-office companies often need company-level access just to download a PDF. Connect an admin login with that access and our AI agent saves each new invoice from Invoice History through bill fetching. Copies someone forwards from email go to email receipt capture, and the tax total on each card invoice is kept for your tax receipts.
