How to get a Vestis (Aramark Uniform) invoice

Vestis, the uniform and workplace supplies business that was spun off from Aramark in 2023, keeps invoices in the Vestis Customer Portal. Sign in, open Invoicing in the left navigation and choose Invoices or Statements. Use the Actions menu on the right of a document to open its PDF.
Aramark Uniform Services is now Vestis
Aramark announced Vestis as the name for its spun-off uniform services business, and the separation was completed in 2023. If your older invoices say Aramark Uniform Services, the current ones come from Vestis, and the portal to use is the Vestis one.
Registering for the portal
You need three things from a statement to register:
- Your Account ID, printed on the statement as "Account Number".
- Your billing ZIP code, from the "Bill To address".
- A valid email address.
Vestis recommends Chrome, Edge or Firefox, with pop-ups allowed. If an invoice will not open, check that pop-up setting first.
Invoices and statements lookup
Invoices show each delivery or service charge. Statements roll the account up, which is the view to use when matching payments. Both sit under Invoicing, and the portal is available around the clock.
Paying online
Sign in and click Make a Payment on the home screen, then follow the prompts. Vestis's FAQ does not describe automatic payments; ask the Customer Support Team if you want a recurring setup. However you pay, keep the invoice: it shows what the payment covered.
Questions about a charge
New uniform orders carry one-time preparation and emblem fees, which cover handling, shipping and putting emblems on the garments. For any other question about an invoice, call 866-VESTIS1 (1-866-837-8471) or send a form request to Customer Support.
Vestis invoices without the pop-up hunt
With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to the Vestis Customer Portal, opens each new invoice and statement and saves the PDFs. Nobody has to open them one by one at month end. Invoices emailed to AP are read by email receipt capture, and spend on mats, towels and uniforms can be reviewed per location in reports.
