To get a copy of a Valvoline Instant Oil Change invoice, or to see your service history, send Valvoline an email, chat with it on its website, or call the store that did the work. Valvoline can email or mail the invoice, whichever you prefer, and invoice requests may take up to 24 hours to process.

- Phone your local store. Each location's page on store.vioc.com lists its number.
Valvoline says to use whichever is most convenient. The same answer covers your service history, which you request through the same routes as a single invoice.
Email or mail
Tell Valvoline how you want the copy delivered. Email is the quicker option when the invoice has to go into an expense claim this week, while mail suits anyone who keeps a paper file for the vehicle. Allow up to 24 hours for the request either way.
Fleet Advantage invoices
Company vehicles on a Valvoline Fleet Advantage account are billed by invoice, with several ways to pay:
- ACH Draft: the invoice amount is drafted automatically according to your payment terms.
- ACH Push: you send funds directly to Valvoline's bank account.
- Credit card through the SNAP portal.
- Check, mailed to the address in the Remit To box at the bottom of the invoice. Checks cannot be handed in at a store.
With any method, include your fleet account number and the invoice numbers you are paying. A Pay-At-Time-Of-Service (PATS) account keeps the fleet benefits but leaves payment to drivers in the store.

Valvoline invoices without the chase
Ask Valvoline for the copy by email and email receipt capture files that invoice from your inbox the day it arrives. A printed invoice handed over in the bay goes in through the receipt scanner in the Smartbills app. On a PATS fleet account, where drivers pay on the spot, each driver's oil change then lands on their expense report.
