For an ordinary fill-up, the Circle K receipt is the slip printed at the pump or the counter; Circle K's public help pages don't describe a receipt history in its consumer app. Easy Pay cardholders in the US also get an email after every purchase. Businesses on Circle K Pro Digital+ skip paper altogether and see each transaction in the app or web portal.
The printed receipt at the pump
Ask for the receipt at the pump or inside before you drive off. It is the only document from Circle K that shows the litres or gallons, the price per unit and the sales tax on that fill-up. A card statement shows the total and nothing else.
Easy Pay purchase emails (US)
Easy Pay is a decoupled debit card used at Circle K, linked to your checking account at enrollment. Circle K says the cardholder receives an email after every purchase confirming it, and that email is used for all card transactions, discounts and account status. Keep those emails in a folder; they are your running purchase log.
Circle K Pro Digital+ for Canadian businesses
- Drivers get a digital card on their phone, sent by SMS, and pay from the Circle K Pro app.
- The app or web portal shows transactions, cards and spending from anywhere.
- The 50% car wash discount requires the receipt to be uploaded to the Circle K Pro app.
- Fuel rebates are calculated monthly and deposited into the customer account.
Digital+ is accepted wherever Visa is taken at Canadian stations. The business must be legally registered and in good standing; Circle K runs no credit check in Canada.

Circle K's US page for Digital+ promises an instant digital receipt, every transaction live in one view and one invoice for all payments, across more than 6,000 company-operated Circle K locations.
Receipt lookup after the fact
Circle K's help pages don't describe looking up a lost consumer receipt. Easy Pay emails and the Digital+ transaction view are the two records you can search later.
Circle K fuel receipts without the glovebox pile
Snap the pump slip with the receipt scanner before it fades; the litres, price and tax are read for you. Easy Pay confirmation emails are collected by email receipt capture, and drivers can claim mileage-related fuel in an expense report.
