How to get an Ultramar receipt

At Ultramar, the receipt for a fill-up is the one printed at the pump or the counter. Journie Rewards, the loyalty program used at Ultramar, prints the points earned on that receipt; its terms don't describe a digital receipt in the app. Businesses with an Ultramar TransAction fleet card or a cardlock account get invoices and transaction reports in the online Client Space instead.
The receipt at the pump
Ultramar station pages list pay at the pump. Take the receipt when the pump offers it; it is the record of litres, price per litre and taxes. Ultramar's pages describe no way to reprint a fill-up later.
Journie Rewards and your receipt
- Points earned on a transaction are shown on the printed receipt.
- Scan the digital card in the app, or enter the linked phone number, before payment is processed.
- Points are not awarded retroactively if you forget.
Journie is run by Parkland and also covers Pioneer, Fas Gas, Chevron and On the Run.
TransAction fleet card
The TransAction card lets a business set limits on fuel volume, fuel type and purchase amount, see distances driven, order and activate cards, manage PINs and deactivate cards. Management reports can be run by card, vehicle or site. Rebates depend on monthly fuel volume, and there is no annual fee.
Invoice lookup in the cardlock Client Space
The Client Space gives 24/7 access to the account. It is where you:
- Manage cards online.
- View and pay invoices online.
- Generate and download transaction reports.
- See the price list.
Two sign-ins are offered: the Pipeline Commercial Customer Portal and the Ultramar Cardlock Account.
Receipts for GST and QST claims
A registrant claiming input tax credits or QST refunds on fuel needs the supplier's receipt or invoice. For card fleets, the Client Space invoice serves that role; for a single driver paying at the pump, it is the printed slip.
Ultramar receipts and invoices kept together
Photograph the pump receipt with the receipt scanner before the thermal paper fades. For a cardlock account, connect your Client Space login and our AI agent downloads each invoice through bill fetching, ready for tax time.
