Firestone Complete Auto Care keeps your past visits in the Vehicle Health Dashboard: sign in, or create a free account, on firestonecompleteautocare.com to review previous maintenance and repair work in one place. The My Firestone app also tracks your service history. For a visit that is not there, call Firestone at 1-800-752-0379 or use its chat.
Receipt lookup in the Vehicle Health Dashboard
Firestone describes its online records as service records rather than a receipt lookup. They do the same job for most people:
- Sign in, or sign up for free, on the Firestone Complete Auto Care website.
- Open your Vehicle Health Dashboard.
- Go to Service Records to review completed work and when it was done.
You can also add records from other repair shops by hand, which keeps the full maintenance history of a vehicle together.
When a visit is missing
Firestone notes that some records may not be available if your vehicle has not yet been linked to your account, or if the service was completed under different customer information. Link the vehicle to your account, then check again. If the visit still does not appear, contact support.
The My Firestone app
The free My Firestone app for iPhone and Android lets you see what work was done and when, schedule an appointment and pick up offers. The dashboard's live status tracker can also send updates by email, text or push notification while the car is in the shop.
Phone and chat support
Call 1-800-752-0379, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Chat support keeps the same hours.
Invoices for Firestone National Accounts
Fleets on a Firestone National Account get centralized billing:
- A delivery ticket is completed at each purchase, with the vehicle ID, PO number and customer signature, and the driver receives a copy of the services rendered at pickup.
- Twice a week, a computerized invoice summarizing your transactions is mailed to your headquarters or another location you choose.
- A monthly customer statement recaps every invoice, with its billing date, invoice number, reference number and due date.
The Nationwide Support Team is at (888) 528-0798, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm CT.
From the driver's copy to the books
On a National Account, the driver's copy at pickup is the first record of a repair, days before the mailed invoice. Snap that copy with the receipt scanner and the office sees the visit the same day, on the driver's expense report. Owners of a single work truck file each Firestone repair for the year under tax receipts.
