To look up a Discount Tire receipt, sign in to your Discount Tire online account, open the Orders tab and click View Details. The account lets you review past and current orders across multiple stores. For a copy of your invoice, call Discount Tire Customer Care at (888) 459-4077 or use its contact form.
Receipt lookup in your Discount Tire account
- Click Join/Sign In at the top right of discounttire.com and sign in.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Click View Details on the order you need.
Orders from different stores show up in the same account, which helps when tires were bought at one location and rotated at another.
Creating an account
No account yet? Click Join/Sign In, choose the blue I want to create an account link, enter your details and click Create An Account. Discount Tire sends a confirmation email; click its link to confirm and log in. The account can also save up to ten vehicles and manage your appointments.
Invoice copies from Customer Care
Customer Care at (888) 459-4077 handles a copy of your invoice, as well as order tracking, returns, rebates and warranty questions. You can also fill out the Contact Customer Care form online. For help in person, stop by your local store, open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed Sunday.
What the invoice covers
Discount Tire publishes its invoice terms and conditions on its customer service pages. Two points worth knowing when you file one:
- Where the law requires it, the invoice is also an estimate of repair and service costs.
- The Installation and Life of Tire Maintenance charge includes rotation, rebalance, flat repair, tire inspection and air checks for the life of the tire installed on your vehicle.
That second point is a reason to keep the invoice for as long as you keep the tires.
Tire invoices kept with the vehicle
A Discount Tire invoice records a purchase and also the free maintenance you already paid for. With your Discount Tire account connected, our AI agent opens the Orders tab and keeps each order's details, through bill fetching. The paper invoice from the counter goes in with the receipt scanner, and the tires join the vehicle's other costs on your expense report.
