How to get a UniFirst invoice

UniFirst customers download invoices from the UniFirst Customer Portal at cxportal.unifirst.com. Log in with the email address on your UniFirst account, with no password to remember, and the portal lets you view and download your invoice PDFs, review billing and enroll in paperless billing. If you have no access yet, request it through the portal's form or ask your UniFirst representative.
Downloading invoice PDFs
Once signed in, invoices are available as PDFs to view or save. The same portal shows account details, contract information and order status, which helps when an invoice line needs explaining. Checking the contract terms and the invoice side by side is quicker than calling for a copy.
Getting portal access
- Only active customers can log in, using the UniFirst account email address.
- Without access, use the request link on UniFirst's portal page, or contact your representative to activate it.
- There is no limit on the number of users you can add.
- If the person who held the login leaves, your UniFirst representative can help move it to another employee.
UniFirst employees cannot log in on a customer's behalf. The employee sign-in page on UniFirst's site is for staff pay statements, not customer billing.
Paperless billing
The portal is also where you enroll in paperless billing. For a multi-site account, paperless delivery means invoices land in one place instead of being mailed to each location. Pick an inbox that the person approving uniform invoices actually reads.
Paying a UniFirst invoice
UniFirst's portal page says online payment processing is not offered yet, with an update planned. Until then, the invoice and your account terms set how you pay. For billing questions, call UniFirst service at (800) 794-2706.
Wearers, shortages and repairs
Uniform rental invoices change when wearers join or leave. In the portal you can add or remove wearers, report shortages, request repairs and track service requests. Doing this before the next delivery keeps the following invoice accurate.
UniFirst invoices filed per location
Uniform service bills on a steady cadence, and each location wants its own copy. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to the UniFirst Customer Portal, downloads each new invoice PDF and files it under the right site. Paperless invoices that arrive by email are picked up by email receipt capture, and finance can review uniform spend by location in reports before approving.
