How to get a Tesla Supercharging invoice

Tesla Supercharging invoices are in the Tesla app. Tap the menu in the top-right corner, tap Charging, then Charging History to see each session's invoice. To download, tap the download icon in the top-right corner and choose the invoice date, the vehicle and the file type you want.
Charging History is the lookup
Every completed Supercharger session ends up in Charging History. The download option lets you pick a date and a car, which helps when one Tesla account holds more than one vehicle and you only need the invoices for the one used for work.
How Supercharging is billed
Before charging, the owner adds a payment method in the Tesla app and designates one as the Supercharging payment method. When you unplug, the session is charged to that method automatically. Only the vehicle owner can add or change it. A driver using a company or family car is billed to whatever the owner chose.
Prices and congestion fees
Tesla prices Superchargers differently by location and adjusts rates in real time based on how busy a site is and forecast demand. At busy sites, congestion fees can apply once the battery is at or above 80% or once the session has ended, and the charge limit may be lowered to 80% automatically. Any such fee shows up with the session, which is why the invoice total can be higher than the energy alone.
What to keep for a mileage or EV claim
For a business trip, the invoice is the record: it ties the charge to a date, a site and a vehicle. Download the invoices for the period you are claiming rather than relying on screenshots of the app.
Supercharging invoices filed for you
Supercharger invoices stay inside the Tesla app until someone downloads them. Connect your Tesla account and our AI agent signs in and saves each new invoice through bill fetching. The road-trip charging stops then sit on the same expense report as the hotel, and downloaded PDFs you forward are picked up by email receipt capture.
