How to get a ChargePoint receipt

ChargePoint offers a receipt for every session, account or not. With an account, open the Activity tab in the ChargePoint app, select the session and use the Share icon to send the receipt as a PDF. If you paid as a guest with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, look it up at driver.chargepoint.com/search-receipts with your card details.
Monthly statements
For a whole month in one document, scroll to the bottom of Activity and tap See Monthly Statements, then pick the month. The statement opens in the app's browser and can be shared as a PDF. This is the easier document for a monthly reimbursement than a stack of single sessions.
Automatic receipts
To get a receipt after each public charging session without opening the app, go to Account, Notifications, Public Charging and turn on Receipt ready. Choose push, email or text under the delivery options. ChargePoint sends these for public charging sessions only.
Card payment receipt search
Guest sessions paid by tapping a card or phone are found at driver.chargepoint.com/search-receipts using the payment card details. For Apple Pay or Google Pay, the number to enter is the virtual card number shown in your Wallet or Google Pay app, not the number on the physical card. Some European domestic debit cards only work in the search if they have a 16-digit number; otherwise contact Driver Support with the amount and the approximate time.
Roaming cards
When you charge at a ChargePoint station with another provider's RFID card, that e-mobility provider sets the price and issues the receipt. Ask them for it.
ChargePoint receipts captured on their own
Once Receipt ready sends receipts by email, email receipt capture files every public charging session without any sharing from the app. Our AI agent can also sign in to your ChargePoint account and keep the monthly statements through bill fetching, and the kWh costs go onto your expense reports.
